Volt is immediately hiring for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in
Los Angeles, CA.
Volt workforce solutions seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to
support fast-paced national program initiatives. Join a team of

The role of the Recruiter requires strong talent acquisition
experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing
environment. This individual will be dedicated to identifying the
best talent on a national scale for some of the worlds most largely
recognized entertainment conglomerates.
By promoting and developing working relationships in the delivery
of our service offerings, the recruiter will act as the liaison to
support various screening, on-boarding, and talent management
processes. This position requires an individual to handle private,
confidential employee and company information and safeguard the
information at all times.
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will:
Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select
high-quality candidates against defined criteria for multiple
disciplines.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to develop a
strong understanding of the department culture, business strategy
and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the
business.
Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level
of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
Use innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive
talent including social media, resume mining, diversity resources
and networking.
Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection
process including offer negotiation and new hire on-boarding.
Effectively coach hiring managers in recruitment and selection
processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Partner with compensation and hiring managers to determine and
define attractive and competitive job offers.
Establish and build relationships with other recruiters to share
knowledge, HR trends, and experiences to execute best practices
enterprise-wide
Continuously develop business knowledge of company and departmental
objectives, industry and key corporate challenges, and current
market dynamics
Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support
staffing metrics
Develop a broad professional network of top talent and build deep
pipelines
This is a full time, remote opportunity. Ability to work
non-standard business hours on occasion. Regular work schedule M-F
8:00am - 5:00pm
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3-5 years of recent recruiting/staffing experience.
Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
Vendor Management System - IQNavigator, and Applicant Tracking
System - Bullhorn experience a bonus.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Business Development experience is a bonus
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Attention to Detail
Extremely Organized
College degree is desirable but not required.
Experience in candidate on boarding / compliance
This position will require the ability to pass a criminal
background investigation and drug assessment
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $33.00 an hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
