The Lead Acu/Chiro Assistant is responsible for coordinating and delegating roles and responsibilities of the clinic's Acu/Chiro Assistants ensuring the service line workflows are done properly at each clinic. Serve as an advocate for the Acu/Chiro Assistants on site as it related to job responsibilities and workflow improvements. The Lead Acu/Chiro Assistant utilizes skills to assist in training new and existing Acu/Chiro Assistants.
Must Haves:
---High school diploma or equivalent.
--- Two (2) years' Acupuncture/Chiropractic Assistant experience.
--- Knowledge of medical terminology, and healthcare operations and workflow.
--- One (1) year experience with documentation in an EHR system
--- Basic computer skills
Nice to Haves:

• Associate Degree in Healthcare, allied health or related field
• Leadership experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be REQUIRED) in some clinicsCertifications:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers (from the American Heart Association)The Benefits:
