Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator to
lead internal workplace investigations while upholding an inclusive
culture.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and manage global internal investigations into employee
complaints and alleged misconduct
Document investigation findings and propose actionable
recommendations based on those findings
Collaborate with legal teams and business partners to ensure
compliance with laws and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business
Partner roles
3+ years of experience conducting workplace investigations or
relevant case management experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred
Strong working knowledge of US employment laws; global ER
employment law experience is a plus
Experience in the Tech industry is preferred
